Superb family ski apartment

Positiv: The peace and quiet of the location, the size of the rooms, lots of storage space, excellent kitchen equipment, the recycling facilities at the apartment (this is important to me), nice large bathroom, access to a broad range of TV, good WIFI, the close location to the lifts and the town centre. The information booklet provided by the host and the cleanliness of the apartment was spot on. We will be back.

Negativ: One tiny improvement would be a washing machine/dryer in place of the second fridge. That would make it an absolute score of a 10! But everything else was perfect.

Positiv: All that we needed warm and comfortable kitchen well equipped beds comfortable bathroom great

Negativ: Only 11 minutes from train station and ski lift but all quite steep uphill

Positiv: We have been staying in Haus Fini 3 days. We had a wonderful time and feld at home. The facilities were very good equipped and nothing was missing. The location is good and close to the city center. Service and attitude of the staff were excellent. Highly recommend this place for couples and families.

Very good stay

Positiv: Communication with staff was very good/prompt, apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Negativ: It is advertised as ski-in/out, then clarified through communication that it was only 50 meters walking to the nearest trail. It was not 50 meters, it’s closer to 3x that amount downhill on way to slope, with an uphill climb at end of day. We ended up putting our gear in lockers at the A1 lift and walking back/forth everyday (about 350-400 meters). The location is good, actually very good, but it’s either a bit over-advertised as “ski in/out” or there is a different understanding of the term between European and US locations.

Three nights in kitzbühel

Positiv: We loved the decorations, the mountaun style furniture, and the coziness of Haus Fini. The location was great too. It was very quite yet close to the old town. The view from the windows was a bonus. There is a little river behind the house and we love the sound of it.

Negativ: Nothing really. Everything was great.
