Apartment in Kitzbuhel near Ski Slopes

Positiv: Die ruhige Lage und trotzdem nicht weit weg vom Zentrum

Top Lage, viel Platz. Gerne wieder!

Positiv: Unschlagbare Lage für den Preis. Zu Fuß ist man ruckzuck an der Hahnenkammbahn und im Stadtzentrum. Hätte nicht besser sein können!

Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist sehr rustikal. Die Betten sind dennoch sehr bequem, aus dem Hochbett könnte man mit Pech rausfallen, da es kein Geländer gibt. Ist uns aber nicht passiert

Excellent location, spacious apartment and great for a group of 4.

Positiv: The location was excellent. Although we were a family, our children were adults and it was a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the main ski lift due to a footpath at the side of the railway. It was a very quiet apartment, larger than expected and perfect for an older family of 4. The apartment was very comfortable, good sized rooms, good shower and comfortable beds with a homely feel. Short walk into town in the evenings too.

Negativ: I would have graded this apartment excellent, but unfortunately, the kitchen bin hadn't been emptied and although no problem to do it, not great. Also kitchen bin needs to be washable not a wicker basket. Secondly, the toilet seat was not screwed on properly and therefore slid around. Something we could not fix. We made the caretaker aware of this when we got there so hopefully it was fixed after our visit. Also would put in a washing machine, especially if people were there longer than a week.

Positiv: Walking distance from the centre. Relaxed and quiet area. It was very clean. The kitchen was new and fresh, perfect for cooking.

Negativ: No balcony or place to sit outside.... It's not really acceptable that this is not clearly mentioned or described in the ad. The view is great if you are outside the house but inside the appertment the view is very limited.
