Great location and perfect stay

Positiv: Great location close to the town and lifts. Susan is a great hostess very friendly and helpful. She is great company and provides a professional service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Was also very kind of Susan to let us use the little kitchen to cook some home comfort food. The breakfasts were also delicious and kept us full all day

Negativ: Some people might not like a shared bathroom, but it was fine for us.

Positiv: An honest guest house, beautifully done. The host, Susanne, is wonderfully welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was fab! I was a bit worried about sharing a bathroom, but these worries were without merit.

Positiv: Just a few steps from the ski lift. Friendly and nice people and great breakfast!

Negativ: Close to the road.

Positiv: Susanne was very helpful with recommendations for food, ski hire and any general questions. The room was very cozy and the breakfast was great.

Toplocatie! Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw!

Positiv: Geweldige locatie. Op 150m van het station en 250m van de lift. Zeer makkelijk (45min met rechtstreekse trein) te bereiken vanuit Innsbruck (wat shortski met vliegtuig vergemakkelijkt). Top skigebied met 240km piste. Zeer lekker ontbijt (met kaas, 3 soorten charcuterie, yoghurt met vers fruit, eitjes naar keuze, ontbijtgranen en confituur). De gastvrouw Susan is superlief en behulpzaam. Ze beantwoordde met veel liefde al onze vragen. We hadden gekozen voor kamer met eigen douche en wc, maar dat was eigenlijk niet nodig geweest. Want de gezamelijke faciliteiten zijn ruim en proper. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Positiv: Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, alles was netjes en schoon. Nog geen 5 minuten lopen naar de skilift.

Positiv: Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, fresh and the hostess even made personalized (and tasty) omelets on demand. Rooms are large with their own dedicated sink and abundant storage space. Bathrooms are large and clean with plenty of capacity for many people. The house is located right on the bottom of the ski area so access to the train, main gondola, restaurants and ski rentals are all less than 5 minutes walk from the house. super convenient to simply fly to Innsbruck or Salzburg and take a EUR $17 train ride that is literally 5 blocks from the Haus.

Negativ: Everything was great. Haus Geigenmacher is an especially good value for couples and larger groups (I was traveling alone) as the rooms and beds are very generously proportioned, warm and cozy. The local mineral water is excellent.
