Perfekte Unterkunft für 9-10 Personen

Positiv: Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen Personen in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns im Gasthaus rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, insgesamt herrschte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Andrea war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns noch Tipps für mögliche Aktivitäten. Die Aussicht war wunderschön und trug zusätzlich zur entspannten Stimmung bei. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort sind sehr praktisch. Ein weiteres Plus war das Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer, was den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel gemacht hat. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Kurzurlaub!

Positiv: Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage. Alles so wie es beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin. Uttendorf ist wirklich gut gelegen

Positiv: Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und hat uns tolle Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir benötigten. Sie war sauber und für uns gut gelegen.

Schöner Familienurlaub in Uttendorf

Positiv: Für 2 Familien sehr gut geeignet und ausreichend Platz. Sehr schöne sonnige Terrasse zum Entspannen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Küche gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Vom Haus aus kann vieles im Ort erlaufen und unternommen werden.

Negativ: Bessere Grundreinigung zwischen den Gästen.

Positiv: Es war ein toller Familienurlaub mit genug Platz für 10 Personen. Die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse war einfach wunderschön.

Positiv: A great place for bike trips. Close to the train station, which we took advantage of during our trips. Andrea our host is a very nice and friendly person. She provided us with all the information we needed. The size of the house for 10 adults was perfectly adequate.

Positiv: Great House in a good location. Andrea is great to deal with and quick to answer questions.

Positiv: Very spacious and comfortable house. In summer - bicycle storage room available but in winter there is also equipped skiroom. Nice kitchen equipped with everything what you need to prepare meals. Barbecue tools available on the terrace. Good starting point to visit many places in Pinzgau. Very kind and helpfull host - thank you Andrea for our stay in your wonderful home.

Cozy authentic house, neat and quiet location.

Positiv: We were with a family of 5 for a summer holiday, so we had lots of space in the house with 5 bedrooms. Kids could play in the living room with various toys already present. Very well equipped, although slight dated, kitchen. All amenities were there and location is great base for various trips in the area (e.g. Weisssee, Wildkogel, Zell am See etc). Nice to park the car in your own garage, and the host is super friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet and friendly neighbors in the street, and two bakeries in town nearby.

Negativ: I am rather tall (1.95 m), and the beds are all 'normal size'; so a bit short for my taste. And the direct valley view from the terras is slightly obstructed by a newly build house, but there is still a nice view left.

Vhodné na léto i na zimu

Positiv: Dům odpovídá fotografiím. Pohodlné ložnice. Všude čisto. Na zimu menší společné sezení v kuchyni, ale zvládli jsme. Na léto nádherná terasa. Měli jsme vše potřebné a pobyt jsme si moc užili. V dojezdové vzdálenosti velká lyžařská střediska. 15minut malé místní lyžařské středisko, které nás naprosto nadchlo. Super lyžování, dobrý servis a s minimem lidí. Děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou.
