Positiv: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und der schöne Ausblick. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Positiv: This standalone house is a wonderful place for a holiday. It’s fully equipped and has a lovely outdoor area with view of the fortress and mountains. It’s also only a 10-15min walk into the old town. The owner was easy to get in touch with and explained everything about the house. We would definitely stay again.

Positiv: We had an amazing stay at this house in Kufstein! The location was perfect for skiing, and the house itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

A fantastic gem of a house and the perfect basecamp for exploring Kufstein
Positiv: We had a wonderful stay in our accommodation in Kufstein. The house is lovely and in a fantastic location. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant and a short walk gets you to the city centre, the river promenade, the train station, supermarkets or right into the beautiful nature in and around Kufstein, all within walking distance. The house itself had everything we needed and more. A huge and squeaky clean bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms and a welcoming and practical living space. The friendly hosts made us feel right at home within minutes. We couldn't have asked for more! The pictures online are 100 % accurate.
Negativ: The only difficulty was navigating WHO actually runs this accommodation. We had a wonderful local host who welcomed us and who was nothing but exceptionally friendly. However, the house seems to be part of a larger chain, Villa for You, which seems to be detached from the actual booking. They emailed us a lot before the trip asking for personal details that we had already given to booking.com and asking for them multiple times. At some point they also started repeatedly calling us. This let to a situation where they claimed that payment via booking.com could not be taken and they would cancel our stay if we didn't follow a link they emailed and entered our credit card details there. This was proper dodgy to me and I only paid after I confirmed with a service team member of booking.com that the link was indeed safe. Had we not had such an exceptional local host and the reassurance of booking.com I would have felt uncomfortable at this point.

Positiv: A great place to stay; walking distance to the city, as well as to the surrounding mountains. Nicely located, with a beautiful garden. A completely equipped house.

Uitmuntend verblijf
Positiv: We zijn zo vriendelijk ontvangen en de eigenaar heeft zo mee gedacht in onze wensen. Echt mijn complimenten. Alles was aanwezig in het huis, zoals wc papier, zeep, vaatwasmiddel, kaarsen, spelletjes, kruiden in de keuken enz. Ik was onder de indruk. Alles was ook heel schoon. Een super fijne vakantie gehad!

The house met our expectations and Kufstein was a good central location from which to explore
Positiv: Free-standing house gave us a lot of privacy. Access to one bicycle helped. Outside table was nice when weather allowed. Nice to have had a washing machine though instructions would have helped. Kitchen was well-equipped and throughout were nice touches like laundry soap, coffee creamers, umbrella, shampoo, etc. Kufsteinerland card was nice to have.
Negativ: A fan would have helped as it was a hot stretch of weather. Shower was small so it was easy to hit the temperature control handle.
