Positiv: Ein wunderschön renoviertes altes Haus mit einem tollen Blick.

Negativ: Dass man Handtücher mitbringen muss, sollte ein bisschen deutlicher gezeigt werden. Man kann aber welche leihen für 5 € das Stück. Das letzte Stück zur Hütte braucht man auf jeden Fall auch im Sommer Allrad.

Sehr zu empfehlen und wunderschön für 10-12 Personen

Positiv: mega schön renovierte Almhütte, 400 Jahre alt! urgemütliches Esszimmer, schöne Schlafzimmer! tolle moderne Bäder! Terrasse vor der Türe , Kühe direkt vor der Alm! Küche gut ausgestattet, aber Gewürze etc bitte alles mitbringen! morgens Brötchenservice! sehr netter kommunikativer Vermieter! unterhalb der Hütte gibt es einen Käseladen! Sauna ist prima! sehr gepflegt alles! ich/wir würden wieder kommen

Negativ: die Straße die hinaufführt ist ohne Allrad wirklich schlecht!

Positiv: Die außergewöhnliche Lage der Unterkunft, wunderschöne Aussicht, die gesamte Ausstattung, die äußerst liebenswerte Gastfamilie, einfach nur wunderbar!

Stunning views from a centuries' old chalet on the mountain

Positiv: The house is situated on a mountain side with stunning views of the Zillertal. Completely renovated in 2016, the house dates back centuries and is a great example of how to bring an old building up to date with all the ammenities expected by modern travellers. The house has two bath rooms with showers and there are two toilets, all situated on the ground floor along with the kitchen and dining room. On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and on the second floor one bedroom and a big living/tv room. Beds are good and there are heated floors throughout the ground floor. From a separate entrance you will find a spacious sauna and shower in what used to be the old stable.

Negativ: As the house is situated on a very steep hill side, driving all the way to the house is not possible unless you have a 4x4 and nerves of steel. However, the host is more than willing to drive you, your lugage and groceries to the house, but you will have to park your own vehicle down the slope and walk to and from the house. This was not advertised and was somewhat annoying as it does restrict your feeling of being able to move freely. Also keep in mind that entering the house is on the opposite side of where you reach the building and is not for the disabled or people in wheel chairs. Beware of extra fees for towels (!) and for having pets in the house and for the local tourist tax (the later is applicable everywhere in Austria - everything is to be paid directly to the owner in cash).
