Positiv: Sehr sauberes Apartment. Ideale Lage für Unternehmungen in Tirol.

Negativ: Die Kühlschranktür sollte repariert werden. ;)

Positiv: Sehr saubere, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man an Ausstattung braucht. Schöne ruhige Lage und wahnsinnig nette Gastgeber.

Positiv: Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Alles super.

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und geräumig und hatte die optimale Größe für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Alpine Setting

Positiv: We were very satisfied with our stay at Haus Alpenrose. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to everything – a well-stocked supermarket, a friendly local pub, and a lovely bakery offering a fantastic selection of homemade sandwiches, cakes, pastries, and excellent coffee. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable – well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was cosy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and we especially appreciated the balcony, which our dog thoroughly enjoyed too! The surrounding area is beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views of the mountains, streams, and river. There are endless opportunities for walking and hiking, with cable cars and stunning lakes also within easy reach. A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay – we felt right at home and would highly recommend Haus Alpenrose to anyone visiting the area.

Positiv: Apartment was clean and comfortable with beautiful view. Hosts were very friendly. Apartments are in good location for hiking.

Negativ: Wifi was weak, but there was netlix too:)

Prima appartement voor een stel die graag uiteten gaat. ;-)

Positiv: Kamer was schoon en de locatie was goed. Geen contact gehad met de eigenaren wel prima te bereiken via de booking site. Plus punt was de douche! Groot ruim schoon met lekker warm water geen boiler waar je steeds moet wachten. Daarnaast lagen er voldoende handdoeken klaar. Die je zelf mocht pakken beneden in de gang. Super fijn. Eigenlijk ook geen problemen met de zelf check in service d.m.v. de fax.

Negativ: Het appartementen complex is wel erg gehorig. Wij hebben dit appartement lastminut geboekt i.v.m. familie omstandigheden. We waren met zijn drieën en mijn dochter sliep dus in de woonkamer op de slaapbank die trouwens prima lag. Haar nacht rust was helaas niet zo goed omdat de medebewoners echt heel goed te horen waren. Als je in de woonkamer slaapt ( gelukkig in de slaapkamer veel minder last van gehad). Daarnaast was het wel echt klein. Als je de slaap bank uitklapt is er bijna geen ruimte meer in de woonkamer en die derde persoon heeft ook niet echt een plek om zijn of haar kleding kwijt te kunnen. Ik raad dit appartement dus wel echt aan voor 2 personen en niet voor 3. Tip aan de eigenaren kijk eens goed naar de keukenbenodigdheden. We hadden maar 1 pan. En die kwam de buurvrouw van het appartement ernaast ook al op dag 1 bij ons lenen omdat zij ook niet voldoende had. Geen vergiet, geen snijplank enz enz. Dus als je zelf wilt koken die week dan raad ik je aan zelf al je spullen mee te nemen.

Positiv: Location was good. Parking was available. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Bonus dishwasher. Extra towels available downstairs.

Negativ: Heaters did not work properly. Need to be aired out. Light bulbs missing. Ceiling lights are not bright enough. Host is not on location. Vacation apartments feel impersonal. Small booklet about the apartment complex and surrounding area would be a nice touch, especially for first time visitors.
