Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist in Söll, zentral gelegen. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und fußläufig erreicht man den hübschen Ahornsee mit einem tollen Berg Panorama. Mit dem Kaiserjet kann man mit der Gästekarte kostenlos durch die Bergwelt fahren. Ich habe Haus Gratz weiter empfohlen und komme nächstes Jahr wieder.

Positiv: Das Bett war bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Die Lager ist toll und Unternehmungen vom Hotel aus konnte man gut planen. Es war sehr sauber und alles in gut Zustand.

Negativ: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es ok aber länger Aufenthalt ist die Küche spärlich ausgestattet. Es mangelt an Platz für Kleidung und Accessoires. Mehr Kleiderbügel und Geschirr wäre schön. Der Geschirrspüler ist zwar schön aber es ist garnicht genug zum füllen vorhanden. Der Fernseher war etwas zu klein für die Entfernung vom Bett.

Positiv: Our stay at Haus Gratz was great! The house is right next to the slopes and the first lift up to the gondola. The apartment, although rather small, was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped (coffee maker, toaster, dish soap, sponges etc.) as well as the bathroom (hairdryer, clean towels), so you do not need to bring any of these necessities. The beds are very comfortable. There is an equipment drying room in the basement, for skis, boards and boots (with boot warmers). And equally important, Hans is a warm and welcoming host, and takes good care of his guests.

Positiv: Hans was a top host and always check that we where okay and if we needed anything. The property is in an ideal location right next to the ski lifts and apres bars and only a short walk into town.

Heerlijk!

Positiv: De ligging is perfect, binnen 5 minuten loop je naar de gondel en in 10 minuten sta je in de supermarkt! Met een beetje sneeuw ski je zo de achtertuin van het appartement in. Verder was het erg schoon, contact met de gastheer erg vriendelijk en snel. En niet geheel onbelangrijk: een fijn ontvangst en vertrek!

Positiv: Comfortabel appartement buiten het centrum met prachtig uitzicht. Centrum en gondel op loopafstand. Fijn balkon in de zon. Paragliders landen voor je neus. Alles heel schoon.

Positiv: Zeer mooi en modern appartement aan de piste. Zeer goede bedden. Verder hebben de appartementen alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. En zeer fijne gastheer

Negativ: Niets

Positiv: poloha je pro rodinnou dovolenou perfektní, na většinu lanovek a cílů cesty jsou to řádově minuty jízdy autem. Pan domácí je příjemný chlapík.

Negativ: Vlastní dům je hned vedle příjezdové cesty k lanovce, tj. přeci jen docela frekventovaná cesta. Auta jezdí do večera a pak docela brzo ráno a ten kdo rád větrá tak je ze silnice přece jen trošku hluk, ale dětí to nebudí.
