Positiv: Die ganze Wohnung ist mit schönen, liebevollen und durchdachten Schreinerarbeiten versehen. Große schöne Bäder. Der Skistiefelaufbewahrungsschrank ist ein besonders tolles Detail.
Negativ: Der schmale Gehweg zum Parkplatz hinterm Haus.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage
Positiv: Wir haben 2 Nächte als Gruple in Tonis Guesthouse verbracht. Mit insgesamt 3 Bädern, 3 Schlafzimmer und einer großen Küche waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Alle Räume sind sehr sauber und wirken als wären sie neu renoviert worden. Auch die Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Positiv: Wunderschöne große und geräumige Wohnung in einem alten, kernsanierten Bauernhaus, sehr geschmackvoll modern gestaltet und trotzdem traditionell. Alles nagelneu saniert und wunderschön eingerichtet. Auch bei der Ausstattung bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Perfekt auch für größere Familien geeignet mit Hauswirtschaftsraum zum Wäsche waschen und Trockenschrank für Skifahrer. Es ist wahnsinnig viel Platz, sodass es auch bei mehreren Personen komfortabel und geräumig ist und alle Ihre Rückzugsmöglichkeiten haben. Tolle bequeme Betten und eine unendlich gemütliche Wohnküche. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zahlreich. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt, waren gut beraten und betreut und alle waren begeistert, in unserer Patchworkfamilie.

Beautiful APARTMENT, but carefully check rules and prices
Positiv: 1. Very well equiped kitchen - plenty of dishes, cups, cookingware etc - comfortable for a family. 2. The apartment has three excellent bathrooms. 3. Laundry machine and dryer - really helpful for longer stay, thank you! 4. Comfortable beds (double) (but terrible pillows). 5. Nicely decorated apartment, but unsafe, weared-off stairs - not safe for small children. 6. Excellent restaurant 100m from the property (on the square near the church) - great food, excellent service and staff - enjoyed 200%. 7. Very nice small local shop with a charming lady owner - fresh eggs, some selection of sausages, icecream etc. Another small shop for breakfast pastries few meters forward. 8. Charming village with fantastic mountin views.
Negativ: In general we enjoyed our stay, but for honest representation of the property please note the following: 1. When make reservation - please pay attention that the property on booking.com is positioned as “holiday house” - in fact, it’s a large APARTMENT in a house with other neighbours. 2. The outside facilities are not really usable - uncomfortable small spot in the backyard with a view to shed / carspot with a small low table. Or an old table with a bench for 2 persons with a view to fence and neighbouring cowshed near apartment entrance. None is suitable to peacefully enjoy breakfast or dinner with “mountin view” outside. (The exceprionally beautiful mountin view is on the other side of the building, visible through small apartment windows.) 3. Extra expensive fee for dog - EUR 20 per night (we stayed 11 nights - EUR 220 for chi-hua-hua). This is a hided fee on booking.com. !!!IMPORTANT - note that the dogs are not allowed to stay in the apartment alone while you need to go to grocery shop or museum where dogs are not allowed as well!!! (We travel a lot with the dog, have never experienced such fee, even in Austria, or specific rules for dog - either you accept the dog or not, but don’t request the owner to torture its dog in +30C in a car near a grocery shop or in a direct sun heat while the rest of the family visits a museum).

Well-located accommodation, spacious house and garden. Everything met our expectations.
Positiv: We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. Perfect place for a group of 5-6 people. I often visit the Austrian Alps in summer and winter, and this accommodation and the services provided by the representative are above average considering the price.

A True Hidden Gem
Positiv: We had the honor of being the very first guests in this beautifully renovated, historic home—and it truly lives up to its name! Toni’s Cozy Farmhouse is the perfect blend of charm and comfort. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, with incredibly comfortable beds, while the brand-new bathrooms add a touch of modern style. The spacious kitchen with its large dining table is ideal for gathering and enjoying meals together. The location is fantastic: ski bus stop to Kitzbuehels skiing aerea is just 30 meters away, a children’s ski school is an easy 5-minute walk, and fresh morning bread is only 50 meters away at the local bakery. We loved every moment and will definitely be back, this place is a true hidden gem!”**
