Positiv: Das Apartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und warm

Positiv: Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz. Es ist alles vorhanden und super gelegen. Man kann viele Orte besuchen. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen. Kommen irgendwann gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswert

Positiv: Grundsätzlich ist die Unterkunft für eine große Familie oder eine Reisegruppe gut geeignet, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, eine großes Wohnzimmer und eine ausreichend große Küche. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und umfangreich. Eine große Terrasse lädt bei schönem Wetter auch sehr zum Sitzen ein. Die Strassennähe und der daraus entstehende Verkehrslärm war für uns kaum wahrnehmbar und absolut ok, wenngleich es nicht lautlos war. Der Vermieter waren freundlich und kaum zu spüren.

Negativ: Leider sind sehr viele Ausstattungen durch andere Nutzer beschädigt worden und werden offensichtlich nur zögerlich ersetzt, aber es war schon einiges defekt. Nicht schlimm, aber doch ein bisschen schade. Um das Haus herum ist es ein bisschen Baustelle, aber da wir skifahren waren, haben wir das nur im ersten Eindruck störend empfunden. Im Sommer mag das mehr ins Gewicht fallen.

Excellent apartment with panorama

Positiv: The apartment was excellent, the panorama gorgeous. We really liked the shower cabin with its three kinds of showering possibility.

Negativ: We were a bit sorry about the inscriptions in almost every rooms, because sure You had gained a lot of bad experinces with fellow guests. For us it was natural to keep these rules, we would have kept them even if You didn't put these warnings on the walls.

Very enjoyable week in great location

Positiv: The quality of accommodation exceeded our expectation - spacious, clean, very well equipped kitchen, straightforward communication, very warm and cosy place. One of the best places we have ever been.

Negativ: I would have problems to find any issues.

Positiv: Good price, big and nice appartement, well equiped kitchen.

Negativ: Some of the equipment in the appartement would need maintenance. For example door in the bathroom and in the kitchen which cannot be closed.

A good stay in Niedersill

Positiv: he apartment was incredibly spacious and featured modern, brand-new furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped with a wide variety of utensils, making it perfect for cooking and dining. Every comfort was thoughtfully provided, ensuring a truly pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Positiv: Zawsze przy takich cenach wszystko nam się podoba. Jak ktoś szuka poziomu z Hiltona… jedzie do Hiltona. Jak jedziesz z dobraną grupą i zamierzasz miło spędzić czas - wszystko pasuje. Na kilkudniowy wyjazd narciarski w dobrym towarzystwie - doskonały.

Negativ: W ofercie były dwie łazienki - a faktycznie jest jedna, ale poradziliśmy sobie… bez problemu.

Positiv: Povlečení a ručníky byly nachystané pro 4, ale přijelo nás 8. V kuchyni byla myš.

Positiv: Nádherný výhľad na hory hneď z postele 8-). Pekné a priestranné ubytovanie. Vybavenie apartmánu. Milý ubytovávateľ.
