Positiv: Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Tolle Lage mit schönem Bergblick, auch mit Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen draußen. Außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung. Schöner Duschtempel im Bad! Gute Auswahl an Infomaterialien.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss mit sitzsgelegenheit im Garten oder auf der Terasse. Burgie, die Hausbezitserin, ist super nett und hilfsbereit.

Positiv: Whole apartment was very spacious, separate bedroom and separate toilette and really nice shower The apartment was perfectly equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, even washing machine.
Negativ: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Lovely comfortable and clean flat with great facilities in a beautiful location.
Positiv: Good quality accommodation, highly recommended. Easy parking, good walks direct from the front door, free use of the trains along the valley. Many thanks to our hosts who made a big effort to help us out and make us feel welcome.

Surprisingly good place for skiing holidays!
Positiv: A very comfortable apartment with absolutely everything necessary inside, and much more. The house is in a quiet end of the village, about 1.5 km from the main road. It has a big, comfortable bed in a spacious bedroom. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen and day area, so you just close the doors and sleep well. The kitchen is perfect for self-catering. There is a small ski lift just on the other side of the road, which was surprisingly busy during our stay - used by children from local school or/and ski club for practicing and competitions. The location proved to be a good starting point for reaching four major ski areas: Kitzbuchel, Kaprun, Saalbach and Zell-am-See - we could reach each of them in at most 30 minutes by car, there was no heavy traffic and no problem with parking space at destination. The host was very nice and helpful, we had good contact before arrival, and everything was just perfect!
Negativ: Well ... nothing. Even the snow was OK.

Brilliant place - good location for many drivable ski resorts.
Positiv: Very spacious- well equipped- parking outside. Burgi - the Owner was very friendly. Exceptional value for money. Everything perfect. We had a car and went skiing everyday. Good location for numerous ski resorts. Mittersill access to Kitzbuhel 20 min drive, Kaprun 15 mins and Zell am see also 15 min. We even went to Königsleiten and a 45 drive. All very convenient. Would definitely stay again.
Negativ: Niedernsill town is very quiet which was fine for us but not much to do in evening for a drink or eating. But we loved the apartment which had everything so that was fine!
