Positiv: Die herzliche Art der Besitzerin, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren hervorragend

Positiv: Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung u.a. um Skisachen zu trocknen und ist sehr geräumig für 4 Personen. Für unseren Winterurlaub war die Lage ideal. 1 Minute zum Skibus, alles was man rundrum benötigt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Positiv: Ein Sprung bis zum Skibus, nur Meter zu Restaurants, ein Blick übers Tal. Die Unterkunft sehr sauber und mit einer hellen Küche.

Hidden gem! Try to book it for a great experience

Positiv: A hidden gem! As a family of four we had an absolute wonderful experience staying here for our ski holiday. As the photos and description might leave room for speculating what you rent: this apartment contains for private usage two separate bedrooms and each bedroom has a connected private bathroom (one also has a separate toilet). Then also included within the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen and a decent sitting area. The location is superb with just a minute walk to the ski bus stop while you don’t hear anything of the traffic as there is not much traffic but also because the house is located higher up. What made the experience exceptionally well is the very friendly host Christine. In a proactive and kindly manner she aligned with us on our stay, provided personal touch to the check-in and checking-out. Simply a great experience and if come again to Alpbach we will certainly try to book with her again.

Positiv: The property was clean and well equipped. It is right next to ski bus. A 2 minute walk to the spa and other restaurants. Great location. Host was fantastic.

Absolute perfection from start to finish!

Positiv: Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect. The apartment was spot on wonderful. The photos really don’t do it justice. Christine and Andreas are the perfect hosts they really could not do enough for us.

Prachtig, ruim en schoon appartement op toplocatie, centraal gelegen alles/skibus <5 minuten lopen.

Positiv: Geweldige locatie en appartement, dat veel mooier was dan verwacht. Het appartement ligt super centraal, drie minuten lopen naar de (ski)bus die je gratis naar de gondel brengt en 5 minuten naar de supermarkt, skihuur en restaurants. Het appartement heeft een hal met links een eenpersoons slaapkamer met luxe badkamer en apart toilet. Rechts van de hal is een gezamenlijke ruimte met een mooie ruime keuken met alles erop en eraan zoals vaatwasser. Daarachter is een grote tweepersoons slaapkamer met aparte badkamer. Alles is ruim en zeer schoon. Alles is in het appartement voorhanden. Het was veel mooier, ruimer en luxer dan we dachten. Voor de skispullen is een aparte ruimte voorhanden. Ook de goede zorg met persoonlijke ontvangst en het vertrek was erg fijn.

Heerlijk verblijf

Positiv: Heerlijk ruim, schoon en modern appartement. Ook de keuken is nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast met kerst heel gezellig ingericht met kleine accessoires. Heel gastvrij en warm onthaal van de familie. Direct bij de bus om naar de skilift te gaan.
